Earle Project

  • Space: Bathroom

The client purchased the Earle Project house in the past five years and sought to renovate both bathrooms to make them cohesive with the rest of the home, where the kitchen and laundry had already been renovated by the previous owners.

The goal for the ensuite was to create a sanctuary, incorporating a large double shower and an 1800mm skylight to bring in abundant natural light. In the main bathroom, they wanted finishes that complemented the ensuite and kitchen while maximising space and functionality.

Ensuite

The ensuite features an impressive 1800mm skylight that floods the space with natural light, enhancing its serene atmosphere. The large vanity and built-in spa bath are central highlights, paired with unique Moroccan-inspired basins and vintage green finger tiles

The client desired a warm, cohesive aesthetic that blends modern and timeless elements. The ensuite’s design is luxurious yet calming, with Moroccan-inspired features, brass accents, and an abundance of natural light.

A challenge was maximising functionality while maintaining a spacious feeling in both bathrooms. In the ensuite, blocking off a window allowed for the large vanity and spa bath but required careful planning to ensure the layout remained open.

Newr

NEWR are simply outstanding. Everyone in the team was invested in delivering us a quality product. And they well and truly delivered – we couldn’t be happier with the work, and the communication and engagement along the way. Highly recommended!

Main Bathroom

Previously small, the main bathroom needed a clever design to create more space. The addition of a cavity slider and complementary finishes made the bathroom feel larger and more functional.

Encaustic pattern tiles and a rendered finish, create a tailored and sophisticated look that aligns with the rest of the home.
