This renovation involved the transformation of the main bathroom and WC for repeat clients, a young family who had previously trusted us with their master ensuite renovation.
The aim was to create a modern luxury bathroom retreat that blends opulence with practicality, providing a space that supports both relaxation and daily functionality. Key design updates included introducing a skylight for natural light and ventilation, as well as the challenge of incorporating a steam room, a first for us in this type of installation.
Extensive collaboration and research ensured the successful integration of these innovative features, all while upholding the high standards of craftsmanship our clients expect.
This renovation incorporates several standout features, such as the seamless integration of a steam shower and spa bath, both of which elevate the space’s luxury feel. The curved ceiling was custom-designed to direct the flow of steam in the shower, while high-quality tiling and a strip light in the ceiling provide both functionality and visual interest.
The design features a calming colour palette of whites and light greys, contributing to a serene and luxurious ambiance. The handcrafted Zuster vanity, solid timber floating shelves, and mirror bring timeless elegance to the space, while the brushed gunmetal Sussex tapware offers a timeless, modern, refined touch.

Challenges & Solutions
One of the main challenges was the integration of the steam room, a feature we had not previously installed. The design required careful planning to ensure the curved ceiling effectively directed the steam, while tiling was done with precision to maintain the integrity of the design.
Removing the window and installing a skylight presented another challenge, but this was expertly executed to create a seamless transition between the new and existing elements. Additionally, the integration of smart technology, such as the control panel for the steam shower and strategically placed steam head, required precise planning to ensure both functionality and visual appeal.
