  • Space: Laundry

The Hollway Project redefines the laundry as a considered, design-led space that feels as refined as the rest of the home. This premium renovation was conceived to blur the line between interior and exterior, transforming a traditionally closed-off utility room into a space that welcomes light, warmth and connection.

With the ability to leave the door open, the laundry becomes an extension of the home rather than a room to be hidden away. Every material and finish was selected to elevate the everyday and ensure durability without compromising on aesthetics.

Custom Navurban joinery provides a tailored foundation, offering generous storage while maintaining a seamless, architectural presence. The Dekton benchtop and splashback in Sabbia introduce a soft, textural quality that complements the natural palette and enhances the sense of continuity between inside and out.

Tapware from Abey adds a refined, sculptural element, while the inclusion of undertile heating ensures comfort underfoot throughout the seasons. French lay pattern tiles bring a subtle sense of movement and craftsmanship to the floor, reinforcing the elevated nature of the space.

Wallpaper and panelling were carefully integrated to add depth and character, layering visual interest without overwhelming the room. The result is a laundry that feels calm, intentional and luxurious.

The Hollway Project is a considered example of how thoughtful design can transform a traditionally utilitarian space into an inviting, highly refined interior, where premium materials, craftsmanship and comfort come together to elevate the experience of everyday living.
